Sir aapki surgery ki video dekh kr itna positiveness aati hai...patient kitna relax. There is no sign of any pain. Literally apke video dekh kar gynecomastia patient ka himmat itna bad gaya hai na. Ki sab ab surgery local anesthesia mai karane lage hai.. general anesthesia mai to sab plastic surgeon video bana k apne apko best keh dete hai..but sir you are really great. Local anaesthesia mai aapse best surgery koi nahi kar sakta

What would it smell like? That's been festering for a while. I don't know why people leave these things for so long. I would have noticed this early on and squeezed it myself safely and put antiseptic on it. I hope the recovery went well and I hope that patient never had that happen again 😢
