Here's my thoughts: she's the original petitioner/plaintiff so she's the one who must prove with clear and convincing evidence that she WAS pregnant to begin with, which she's unable to prove. He silent have to prove anything since he's the respondent/ defendant. The proof would be on her not him. She's only proven that she's a liar, a manipulator, a fraud and has mad editing skills. She was never pregnant, jmo!

Innocent until, UNTIL, proven guilty. Gingrus is arguing the opposite that Clayton is obviously guilty of being the father until proven innocent? That argument itself is both not the standards in which our legal system operates nor is it an argument he could prove without the proven presence of his DNA within LOs body/ Fetal DNA found.

I completely agree with you about the absurdity of complaining about people making money as content creators. It's not an easy job and it's far better than being taken advantage of by a corporation.
