What to do if verification email was not received?

Nakakalito mag register sa Orus. I am self employed. I registered my business as sole proprietor din. Nag register ako sa BIR that time and wala rin akong TIN Number pa.

Nakakalito lang pag gagawa na ng account. Pinipili ko kasi yung New Registration, then Individual Account. After that clinick ko yung With Exisiting TIN. Linalagay ko sa TIN yung nakalagay na TIN sa COR ko yung "TIN & Branch Code" na 14 digits which is 123-123-123-00000. Parang ganiyan po siya. So syempre ang linalagay ko sa TIN is yung unang 9 digit. Then linagay ko na rin yung Personal Information. Then after clicking Register, wala daw akong record. Super naguguluhan ako. Is the TIN Number ba ng business ko ang magiging personal TIn ko na rin? Please guys I need help.

hello po, nagupdate po ako ng aking email at contact informatipn sa aking rdo kaso denied po sya dahil po kulang daw po ako sa requiremnts no employer information daw po.aano po kaya yun matagal na po akong walang work. at housewife na lang po ako ngayon.
