ОтветитьI have watched several videos of yours. I have a hybrid business model as you have suggested to assign multiple hats. How do you go about doing this without staff members becoming resentful that they are now doing jobs that they "didn't go to school for". Often times when someone leaves we need to cover down until I can figure out how to fill their position. Those people who are covering for those roles...but they are not really qualified for that position. They are just filling in until we can grow enough to hire someone else. I get a lot of push back from my staff when this happens.
