Ingredients:
Oil
Tomatoes
Onions
Garlic
Pork
Shrimps
Mung Beans (Monggo)
Salt & Pepper
Coconut Milk
Fish Sauce
Chili Leaves (Dahon ng Sili)
Malunggay Leaves

Recipe
Step 1 (0:40)
Boil the mung beans in water for at least 20 minutes or until tender.

Step 2 (0:52)
To prepare the ingredients, cut the tomatoes, onions, meat, and shrimp into smaller pieces. Mince the chopped garlic.

Step 3 (1:43)
Heat the oil in a park. Saute the pork until brown then set aside.

Step 4 (2:18)
Saute the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and shrimp.

Step 5 (3:01)
Add the pork.

Step 6 (3:06)
Add the mung bean then season with salt and pepper.

Step 7 (3:30)
Next, add the coconut milk and fish sauce. Let it simmer.

Step 8 (3:54)
Finally, add the chili, malunggay, and ampalaya leaves.

Serve in a large bowl.
