And the sadness that comes with the fact that YOU were chosen to have this horrible thing happen to YOU. Imagine being this poor man, confined to a large metal tube for the rest of his life. It would be mentally straining.

For one of my favourite violinists, itzhak Perlman, he contracted polio at 4 and he was lucky! But, he still lost the ability to walk 😢

I admire his mental strength, considering his condition. Since I started having seizures I've been having memory issues and even worse I'm losing track of reality time to time. I go to take a shower, wake up outside or on the floor somewhere else in my house. Right now I'm myself. But tomorrow, I don't know when; I start smelling chemicals sometimes first other times it's just like a dream state. I've been suic-dal for months and months whenever my seizures started. This guy's been in a tube for basically his whole life and still happy and positive.. I could learn from that and stop letting everything bother me..
