ELDEN RING - E3 Announcement Trailer

A none crippled version of the cleanrot knight in haligtree like in the trailer would be cool since the cleanrot knight already in caelid.

I get chills from this trailer every time.

I still don't get it

God, wish we got more cutscenes like this, the godrick one was perfectly unsettling, love it

What's interesting about this trailer now that we know the story of the game is that it confirms that Radagon and Marika were united before the Elden Ring was shattered. For awhile I had the impression that Marika shattered it, and then she fused with Radagon. But apparently not.

Many people have a theory that Radagon and Marika were always the same person, but I personally doubt that because they have such different personalities and histories. The main reason being that Marika is a numen while Radagon is heavily implied to be a relative of the red-haired giants. Also, when did they split in the past and why? Nothing in the game ever mentions them splitting apart. It makes more sense to me that Radagon was simply a far descendant of the giants who was the greatest warrior in the Golden Order after Elden Lord Godfrey, which is why Marika chose him as her new consort. This is even more speculative, but it could be that she needed his strength to help her shatter the Elden Ring, since it is/was contained within her as a vessel.

Watching this after beating the final boss hits totally different. Chills...
