For the first time ever, I drank the Orange Celsius 2 days in a row, thinking it was healthy for me to replace coffee ☕️ While I loved the taste and the energy boost and focus, I could NOT sleep for 3 days and my ENTIRE body itched for 4 days!!!!

I am a type 2 and I do drink one of these in the morning and they don't spike blood sugars at all. I don't drink these all the time but they do help when needed. Thanks for a great video!

My favorite energy drink, my trunk is full of them. I have the mango green tea one, it doesn’t have the fizz which messes me up during workouts. I find this energy drink doesn’t make me jittery and I sustain good energy for a long time.

Actually, you proved that Celsius causes a cephalic insulin response, since your blood sugar dropped that means your body released insulin after you drank it....that is a horrible result. Definately not purchasing this product ever again.
