ОтветитьClean the board. Secure the pepper.
Ответитьsecure the pepper is rule number one. thank you chef
ОтветитьTo be honest, the skill is quite junior level. Just search how Chinese cooks slice things
ОтветитьMarathon Watching 5/5/23 Cut those peppers 🫑…😂😂
ОтветитьI like how he sharpened the knife over the food & how he didn't wipe the small metal particles off the knife before he started cutting.
ОтветитьLet the knife do the work
ОтветитьThe fuck is he straightening the leading edge for? Is he putting torsion on the knife when he cuts?
ОтветитьHis batons are thinner than my Julienne.... XD
ОтветитьBro literally fucking through that pepper away yeah we ain’t got the money like you do Ramsey
ОтветитьWaste
ОтветитьHi your my big fan
ОтветитьSECURE THE PEPPER
ОтветитьWhats the difference between Julienne and baton cuts?
ОтветитьFor the many people who commented that they don’t like metal shavings in their food, first wonder whether someone of Ramsey’s skill—a 3 star Michelin chef—would do such a thing.
Then realize that honing is not grinding the metal but shaping (straightening) the edge which gets bent in use (because it’s so thin).
Being able to create and manage this edge is fundamental to a top-notch sharpening (done with a series of high-quality sharpening stones).
well, as you follow this steps, there will be lots of food waste!
ОтветитьLove how he hones his knife without cleaning the blade, love metallic shavings in my food thanks chef Gordon.
ОтветитьSounds like he's got the flu
ОтветитьYou're wasting most of the pepper, and that's a problem for me.
Ответитьinspiration
ОтветитьDon't you have hate it when people scrape the knives together thinking they are doing you a favour.
it is like "would you like some metal particles with that?"
