Што я в этой Европе не видел Европу
ОтветитьYou should try the route Graz - Zürich with the „Transalpin“, this car also drives there and the view is outstanding!
ОтветитьClass 101 is so successful even the US wanted some and now they’re the workhorse of New Jersey Transit
ОтветитьIs it all of first class tickets that have that kind of observation car, or do you have to select one. And if so how do you know which car to pick when booking tickets?
ОтветитьDo you feel sick to the stomach from going so fast?
ОтветитьThat line is beautiful. I still think the line between Prague and Dresden is just as beautiful if not better. I don't know why. Still, both are amazing ❤
ОтветитьSo it takes more than 10 hours to traverse less than 800 km? That's not really that impressive.
ОтветитьSalah satu kereta cepat ya
ОтветитьI arrived in Basel after a journey from Calais in 1948, bound for Lugano. The contrast after war ravaged France was startling, Switzerland was a pleasant shock, clean electric trains, as much food as you wanted, no rationing…..and Lugano- just perfect. If you have watched the Burt Lancaster film The Train, a lot of the stations in France were those we passed through.
ОтветитьCongratulations on a very successful video.
Can I carry a large bicycle box on such trains?
Kisses❤to Eiko. Well done😊
ОтветитьWow - even 2. class can join you in the restaurant car…. what a shame ???
ОтветитьSimply the best ..travel by train
ОтветитьYour not in Germany if you jus cross the Rhine at that point. There is still some Switzerland left to go..
ОтветитьFor me, the table is to small and I dont' see places to put your luggages?
ОтветитьLove that trains use these huge windows
Sitting in a train and looking out the window is great
Tbh apart from the panorama cars this train is very unimpressive compared to other trains used by SBB. I don't understand why they choose to use such outdated train sets on this route?
ОтветитьWhy is everyone wearing masks? Is it still mandated in the EU?
Ответитьlmao if you call this scenic check out bernina express, it will blow your mind.
ОтветитьWhat baffles me when I ride in one of those panoramic waggons is how many people keep staring at their smartphones all the time. At least that was my experience the last two times. I mean... why get a seat in this kind of waggon, only to then not look out the windows...
ОтветитьAwesome view. The max speed is?
ОтветитьWhat is the name of that app you had after Karlsruhe HBF
please tell me
What about the dining? You know the restaurant car!
ОтветитьSome great footage - well done! I have whiplash there is so much to see :)
ОтветитьIn reality, within the city of Basel, the Rhine does not coincide with the demarcation line between Switzerland and Germany. However, the platform area of the Badischer Bahnhof in Basel is considered German territory. The same goes for Schaffhausen: although it is north of the Rhine, it is in Switzerland, with the exception of the German enclave of Büsingen am Hochrhein
ОтветитьAlles guttes
Ответить85 Euro for first class Zürich to Hamburg? How is that possible? 20 month early buyer discount and a 1st class halbtaxe?
ОтветитьSorry guy bad news for you you blur your video verry too often and that is not no way good for you videos can not be enjoyed
ОтветитьWhy all the masks? Did people in Europe not get the memo?
Ответить40 euros for pasta, drink, pie and coffee? I get that its a train service, but it's too premium in my opinion. Them and airport food. I get that with 12 euros in a restaurant.
ОтветитьThe most problem I see on the route from Basel to Karlsruhe is that this track is old. But it is one of the main connection from Italy/Switzerland to the direction north also Hamburg. And its nearly impossible to close this route to build it more modern with a high speed track. Its catastrophic if this route must been closed for days.
ОтветитьThe Rheingold express line through the Rhein valley besides the Lorelei Rock is a beautiful landscape.
Ответить@Simply Railway - What booking service did you use to book your tickets and reserve a seat in the Panoramic coach? Im looking at the DB booking system atm, and I cant seem to find a way to choose a coach, only forwards or backwards facing and window or isle? Does it show up if the coach is attached on the train only ?
Great video, as always :)
Germany’s most scenic ride… because it starts in Switzerland.
ОтветитьHarht marke Zürich hautbanhof vërsban pelchendirûn harhtsfewi Hambourg 😊
ОтветитьThe old cars at Koblenz are the german Intercity-Cars in old livery. They may be part of the Koblenz DB railway museum and they might be waiting for better times like other classic cars there...
ОтветитьFace-to-face seating in 1st class ? Switzerland 0 points
ОтветитьNice video :)
I want to mention though that the distance you mentioned of 772 km is nowhere near of what it acutally is. I don`t know where you have that from. I live in Hamburg now and used to live near Basel. If you take the direct route through Frankfurt Hannover you are over 800k already and if you take the route through Köln and the Ruhrgebiet you are over 900 km already.
Last year I took this route 3 times in the span of 2 weeks, the first trip being by bike. While it was really beautiful scenery, what annoyed me was that there was no wifi (at least in second class) and 2 of the 3 trips were delayed by an hour upon arriving at Zürich and Bremen.
ОтветитьEs ist schön aber 10 Stunden😱zu lang
ОтветитьThe cheapest way to go to the airport is to take the subway "E" express line, get off at the Sutphin Boulevard/Archer Avenue/JFK Airport. And then take the Airtrain
ОтветитьNice video! The ride along the Rhine river is breathtaking!! 😃
