Reinstall Windows 10 Without an Installation Disc or USB

My Hp Probook Laptop always showing error on start up like "Your windows installation disk not found" plz install windows...and its continuous...some times its open automatically and working fine..and some time showing this error...what will be expected fault here.? Can it solve by reinstalling Windows..?

Little known fact for those of you like me who need clarification, Microsoft software got complicated with the iteration of mebibytes and gibibytes. They refer to the volumes as megabytes and gigabytes in an attempt to make software more compatible/user friendly. How that makes any sense is beyond me. We all have some egghead with too much time on their hands to thank for that. Nonetheless, this is why 1000 megabytes is not equivalent to 1 gigabyte on a Windows computer.

Hello. What's the use of this method by the way, it us same as we do clean install from a windows 10 bootable USB or DVD. On the other hand it occupied some GBs on the hard drive.

Thank you Miguel. You are calm and well paced. That's all fine but scary. I need to play it again. I really need to ask questions in order to clarify things in my head:-
1) You have created a bootable partition in the existing drive, using the downloaded WINdows ISO file - Check? {I have created a Recovery ISO file on a USB mem-stick because I wanted the Recovery space to expand Drive C: for windows which I have done. I cannot afford 6Gb on my tiny 32Gb (29Gb) drive. What is the difference here?} {I note your own massive 250Gb drive}.
2) You show only 2Gb of RAM suggesting that your machine is quite a small machine.
3) What is ECBCD - ? I am lost here. I have to guess this allows the creation of a sort of dual boot arrangement . Check. Where you can boot into either system - yet that isn't what you do is it? If you do select within the 15s time out it drops through to which one?

4) You seem to have that option with a further option to take the recovery partition data and re-install it over the old one. Check?
5) My Ext USB mem-stick with the Recovery ISO cannot run from there can it because its not bootable. Check?
6) When you start the installation drawing files from the ISO image are they laid down on the boot partition as NTFS format files. Check?
7) You say, when you are done, it is like a brand new re-installation of Windows (lying over the original) on Drive C: However I need to know if "Recovery" contains any of my settings? Will it destroy or keep any of my Apps (only 4 small Apps but important). There seem to be issues and difficulties of re-installing these Apps as I may need to rake out licence keys etc. Check?
Finally I want to thank you for your patience in the hope that you might take the time and make the effort to straighten me out. My Windows 10 operation is improved since I released that space but quite slow. There's about 3Gb of Swap disc / paging area which no doubt helps. I cannot expand the 2Gb RAM or or internal 32Gb of Drive 0 (C:\). {HP Stream13}.
8) My last questions I promise ....! Why does WINdows bloat up so much? It feels as if it just cannot stop growing, and is in a tangle. Are there any simpler ways of reducing its size without recovery or reinstallation? Yes I have done all the on board clean-ups and regularly run Ccleaner Pro. However there simply isn't enough space.
