One reason why I'm holding out for AMD's upcoming Hawk Point 8000 (8700G model) Desktop APU G- Series. Less power consumption, with a powerful iGPU equivalent to a GTX 1060. The only tradeoff is less L3 Cache, I can live with it because I'm coming from a 9 year old i7 4790k.😊

Please made the test only on P cores with equal cores frequency. Cause in the current test almost 1 ghz difference for P cores.

Higher clock speeds, but no other big changes make that slight difference. Mainly something better 1perc and 0,1perc lows.

The buy of 14900K would make sense if combo would be at very similar price.

12900K P-cores should be running at 5100MHz all-core stock... so imagine even higher fps with the 12900K, further closing the gap

minha dúvida é, que em muitos jogos meu Pc fica dando gargalo, e em alguns casos os gargalos são fortes, exemplo: resident 4 remake acima dos 69fps, DO NADA cai pra 1 FPS e trava, depois volta ao normal, e acontece com bastante frequência, até no GTA V acontece isso.
eu queria saber se eu botar +1 pente de 8gb pra ficar (8x8)=16Gb ou um pente de 16 pra ficar (16x8)=24Gb (dual Channel) queria saber se com isso acaba os gargalos nos jogos

Yeah, at least AMD actually had a massive improvement from all of the generations from Ryzen 1000 to Ryzen 5000 and then again from Ryzen 5000 to Ryzen 7000. Honestly, if you're looking for a high performance desktop CPU at any cost, Intel shouldn't even be considered. I mean, the amount of power required for Intel CPUs to perform better than or even close to AMD Ryzen CPUs is insane.
