Add a Microsoft Loop component to Outlook email

I'm trying to use this new thing that's come up on my outlook, but am still not sure where I can? We can usually copy/paste from previous email threads. Or go really radical --> and actually talk to the person in real life 😲

Thanks, I have tried it but the people who receive the mail can only see the component (LOOP) but cannot edit it.

Trying hard to find the business case for using this outside of Teams 🤔. Any tips?
