This what you say in this video is actually common sense but the modern school system teaches people what to think and not how to think in general... And thats why we have to point out exactly what to think about anything and everything...
ОтветитьGuys we need to tell our "comrades" that Oppurtunism and Revisionism is way way worse than fascism. Fascism is an active threat to whoever the fascists state irrationally makes their enemy randomly and to the working class in general... but oppurtunism and revisionism is a virus within the movement. Its not easy to spot and fight against. Just like a virus.
ОтветитьSo this video does a pretty good job of explaining what you're against, but what are you for? What, in your opinion, is the correct non-revisionist, non-opportunist tendency/organization/party to join if you live in the U.S?
ОтветитьExplain why Maoism is revisionist?
ОтветитьGreat video!!
ОтветитьMao revisionist? Bro, but Mao's thought started as a response to Kruschev's Revisionism.
ОтветитьVIVA USSR!
ОтветитьKhrushchev was a lying opportunist who wanted to restored capitalism and was a stooge for the Western imperialists. Anyone who commented the so called "fall" of socialism should use proper language and described it as the fall of REVISIONISM because capitalism is the bottom of the pit and you can't have any vestiges of it left.
ОтветитьWhat a great video! This channel is amazing, easy to understand yet very education videos!
ОтветитьHow is having variety of opinions, a problem? USSR could have literally helped India during it's war of independence, but it didn't because Stalin didn't want to sour relationships with the Imperialist US and UK! He fucking literally asked the Italian and Greek communist partisans to lay down their arms
ОтветитьFantastic video comrade
ОтветитьExcellent video.
ОтветитьI think there are to major trends of opportunism after 1990:
1. "no more infighting , all socoialist (including anarchists) should unite agianst capitalism and discuss diffrence afterwards".
This old approach is toxic bescause uniting with the social democratic treators only shows that we do not have a principles movement that can keep opporunism out of it as much as posible.
2. intersectionality: all that overlappin oppression stuff coming into the socialist movement,s the main problem is that is lacks a dialectical materials analysis and mention of class dynamics.
Sofar i have seen in Imperialist countries it strenghs liberal parties and thinks it can go onto demanding reforms until insert magical moment the workers are ready to build for revolution.
3- Any socialist who thinks stalin did good things = bad.
Heard mostly from trotskyists
"every socialist movement that doesn't conform to my particular cult is a conspiracy to weaken the one true communism" dogmatism and zealotry are alive and well I see.
ОтветитьIf joseph stalin was alive today i would have showed him my apology , i didn't know the reality of stalin rule unless studying the historical background in the soviet union back then .
Everything used to denounce stalin's greatness was in fact victories against capitalists and opportunists and building strong army after the civil war to stop the nazis .
Stalin is an outstanding revolutionary and proletariate fighter , i am stunned by his courage and plans that saved the soviet union and made it the second strongest economy
👍✊🚩
ОтветитьHow is mao revisionist
ОтветитьNope Deng was based. Material conditions don't care about your idealism.
ОтветитьYou meant Stalinism right?
ОтветитьONLY 324 Likes?!
ОтветитьBlaming the collapse of the USSR on "revisionism" is idiotic. The USSR collapsed because it had to contend with global capitalism. Socialism in one country is not sustainable long-term. Marx himself said this about potential socialist countries. The lack of worker's democratic controls over the economy of the USSR led to massive bureaucratic waste and countless lives lost. Stalin had no interest in seeing other countries have socialist revolutions of their own, hence why he told the CCP in China to side with the bourgeois KMT. That right there is the epitome of opportunism. Trotsky was not an opportunist
ОтветитьTrotzky wasn't just like "hey, the nazis want to invade us, let's make civil war" that is false.
Trotzky was actually supposed to become the new soviet leader after Lenins death, and the end of democracy under Stalin was, according to Lenin, never supposed to happen. And after viewing a lot of catastrophic events in the 1930s like the massive food shortage in the Ukraine or the witch hunt against fellow communist during the purges were a good reason to criticize him.
Please slow down your speaking and turn down or remove the music. I’m halfway through and have no idea what is going on. You’ve got great analysis, even if I disagree with some things, it’s just really muddied by those two things mentioned.
Ответитьneo tankies are just larpers coping with the fall of the soviet union
ОтветитьAllende didn't "disarm the proletariat". The working class of chile were not armed to begin with. Allende failed to arm the masses, but he didn't "disarm them"
ОтветитьTrotsky as a traitor to the socialist cause? Buddy built the Soviet Union when Lenin was in exile. Stalinism is the true cause?
ОтветитьCan you stop adding music to the videos. I cant hear everything as well its distracting.
ОтветитьIt's wrong to blame Mao for the fall of China to capitalism. Mao launched the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution precisely to prevent that from happening. The GPCR was, more than anything else, a 10-year war between Mao's followers and Deng's followers over the direction of China. Mao can be criticized for failing to eliminate Deng, who was correctly identified as a counterrevolutionary, he can be criticized for not coming down harder on the Dengites, but the fact remains that he did try to stop Dengism from happening. His errors in this regard stem from his misunderstanding of the situation in the Soviet Union in the late 1930s, when serious mistakes were committed due to an over-reliance on the secret police to weed out counterrevolutionaries. Mao overreacted to this by going to the opposite extreme, of not relying enough on police action against counterrevolutionaries, thereby allowing counterrevolutionary leaders to continue to live and rally their followers. But this is an issue of tactics, not goals. Mao absolutely wanted to stop Dengism, he wanted to prevent the privatization of China. It is utterly false to present Dengism as a continuation of Mao. The rise of Dengism involved a massive purge of the entire Chinese party-state apparatus in the late 1970s, wiping out supporters of Mao's line from the party leadership, government offices and state media. This sort of thing doesn't happen in a continuation; it happens in coups, revolutions and counterrevolutions, situations in which one political order is entirely supplanted by another one. The destruction of the government Mao led was almost as complete as the destruction of the USSR in 1991. Deng was not a continuation of Mao, but a representative of the capitalist line, the polar opposite of Mao's Marxist-Leninist line.
ОтветитьThis Politstrum international is a not a marxist but a degraded soviet fascist propagandists. If soviet socialism is so superior to Chairman Mao's principles why they've collapsed and got divided into 15 states unlike China which didn't suffered the same fate. Soviet union used to treat all other socialist states as it's slaves and after Stalin's death it became a semi capitalist fascist state under khurschev, who took destalinization policies by dismantling all the developmental programs took by Stalin and became an imperialist state. It invaded Afghanistan which has cost their fate and Afghan mujahadeen kicked their ass and got divided into 15 pieces. They've occupied Romania,Eastern germany,Albania,Yugoslavia ,hungary, poland and bulagaria till it's collapse in 1991.
ОтветитьCool video overall, but:
1. How was Allende in anyway, shape or form a revisionist?
2. China did commit mistakes in it's past, but not only did those social reforms save the country from the brink of collapse, lifting 700 million people from poverty during the process, it actually helped it become the powerhouse that it is today while still upholding marxism-leninism and the dictatorship of the proletariat
Mao is not revisionist. His Party line was not Petty bourgeois. Politsturm should make a Video on what they think on mao.
ОтветитьI like this video, but my main criticism for this video is that Maoists aren't revisionist at all. I have critiques, but they aren't revisionists.
Ответитьsome democratic socialists are revolutionaries though
ОтветитьSorry but Tito was based
Ответить"Dengism" does not exist. The CPC is Marxist-Leninist. They also adhere to Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, as well as Xi Jinping thought, which are specific to the material conditions of China.

ОтветитьI mean, I've got my gripes with Maoism, Dengism, and Democratic Socialism (not to be confused with SocDem) but at least they're actually doing something.
ОтветитьYou're unfairly lumping in Maoists with Dengists like there's no difference and that the former didn't fight against the latter and prevent them for coming to power for a time. Whether or not Maoism is revisionist is another topic (one that I don't know enough to reach a conclusion on), but pretending like it was just a smooth transition from Mao to Deng and that there were no differences is just outright lying. At least address Maoism and Dengism as different revisionist philosophies if you're going to going to call them revisionist and not just lump these two mutually-antagonistic ideologies in together.
The only (self-proclaimed) socialists really doing anything out there today are the "Pink Tide" socialists in Latin America, the existing self-proclaimed Marxist-Leninist states (along with the DPRK), and Maoist revolutionary groups in the Philippines, Turkey, India, etc. The question is what are y'all doing other than being perpetually-online contrarians?
Maoist revisionism? Come on
ОтветитьBest
ОтветитьHow are Maoists “opportunist pseudo-communists”?
Ответитьright, now start killing each other over wrong-think
ОтветитьWhat is Maoism and why Maoism is revisionism? Is Communist Party of India(Maoist) a revisionist party?
ОтветитьI'm so confused, they denounced ultras but in the same breath called Maoist China revisionist and showed Kim Il-sung as an example? That sounds like an ultra take.
ОтветитьI really dislike how quick communists and anarchists are to pull out the "X leftist ideology I don't like doesn't work, just look at history" capitalist argument. Apparently when capitalists say "Communism has never worked, look at history" that is just silly and dumb but when you want to say "anarchism, maoism, trotskyism, ML etc etc etc has never worked, look at history" then the argument magically becomes correct and intellectually honest.
Commies online should do some self critique. This is just dishonesty. Reality is that all these currents have failed during the 19th and 20th century and assuming that past failure equates to something not working at all is fallacious.
hose mad
ОтветитьIs there any good books about learning about Marxism and communism
ОтветитьWhy you guys against Maoism, I think you should make a video on Maoism and tell us the reason why Maoism is revisionist or opportunistic. Nowadays, many armed groups, like Communist Party of India(Maoist), Communist Party of Philippines and so on. They all support Maoism, maybe you can create a video about them and tell us your opinion on today's armed Maoist parties.
ОтветитьTrotsky is the reason the Soviet Union existed to begin with and he was robbed of being Lenin’s true heir. If any of his followers worked with bourgeois and fascists then obviously they are wrong but let’s not pretend Trotsky didn’t organize the revolution, originated the idea of the Permanent Revolution aka spreading communism abroad, and predict the economic downfall of Europe and the rise of the US as a world super power.
