NICK54222 MUGEN: Neptune (me) VS Cornflakes Sagat

Guys, I have a question for you all. You like some cornflakes?

Yup, we're facing Cornflakes Sagat today. For those of you who don't know, Cornflakes Sagat is a meme from the Street Fighter cartoon based on the live action film. In one episode, Sagat asks someone if they would like some cornflakes. Here's the clip right here: https://youtu.be/SPejenCUnZA

There's two versions of Cornflakes Sagat in MUGEN. One originally made by Master Gouken in 2015 and an update from Gui Santos/gui0007 made in 2021. We're facing the latter for this video. This is just Master Gouken's Sagat, but edited to have his cartoon voice and an obsession with cornflakes. This version has some tweaks to it from Gui Santos, but the Level 3 Cornflakes Cannon might not hit sometimes. Other than that, it's a decent challenge.

Really wanted to experiment with different combos with Nep here, but I also learned how to use her counter. Just need to make sure which version works with a particular attack.
