Having over 250 hours playing Life Is Feudal: Forest Village, I was looking towards something more up-to-date for a Feudal-era city builder. You folks have NAILED IT! What a beautiful and amazing game! I was going to wait until it went on sale, but after watching some videos of gameplay, I decided that y'all's effort is WORTH full-price! I like city builder genre since SimCity 2000 era. I think the worse design of this genre is when the player have to build each house and road instead of laying residential area and let NPC's build their own houses, and Caesar III is still better at this mechanic. I think the game designer of Farthest Frontier should learn more about the 'next step' of city building game rather than clone Banished. This genre should have better game play, and Farthest Frontier must have it too. But I'll try this game too ^_^

The running citizens is such a weird choice.

I am bothered by the rectangular streets..makes everything look unrealistic. I don't get that. Foundation shows that that could be done differently.

not Grim Dawn 2... so sad... it's not a bad game, that FF, but we got plenty other games like that, what we really need - d'like game, with strong storyline

Looks very promising! If you manage to recreate and maintain the parts of Banished that worked so well while expanding old and introducing new systems, you should have a fantastic game in your hands. Here's hoping.
