I'm unable to find option to enable volt in this rom

enhanced 4g LTE mode is turned on and also i tried flashing cm firmware still volte calls fails. how exactly can i flash efs from miui? any tutorials? and will doing so rectify this bug?
will the next build be released soon? of i will adjust with jio 4g voice app for the time being!
