How to Customize Workspaces in Adobe Premiere Pro CC

That panel at the top where all the workstation options consist, it's not there on my premiere pro anymore. Pls help. How to get it back

I just got Adobe Premiere Pro last week and following your video, Very informative and easy to understand. I have problem with the panel, when I import the video and insert it to the time line, I can see the video in the source and program panel, when I start color editing, there is no changes of video on the program panel, please advice, thanks

i got an issue that i cant seem to fix
whenever i drag to resize my timeline or any of my panels all the others normally resize to match it
but now for some reason when i try to increase the size of my sources pnal or timeline panel my project panel remains the same size and end up being BEHIND my 2 other panels . I dont know how this happened and tried everything to fix it. can you help?

Used Premiere for the past 20 years. What Adobe does not seem to realize is that many computers will never hook up to the internet (for security's sake) and thus I and others have to go over to Corel Products in order to use non-internet connectivity power house and TEMPESTED computers. Thanks, Adobe!
