Fantastic video as always. It's such a shame that your videos are of little help here in South Africa because of the corruption and discrimination during interviews that people with high standards never get the job, it's all about who you know. It's disheartening because you prepare and do well during interviews and still don't get the job particularly with government jobs since government is the biggest employer here in South Africa

I had an interview the other day. First one i had in years. I found your videos very helpful leading up to the interview. I didnt get the job but i was in the top 3 who they were considering which i was really happy to atleast get high praise for having giving a great interview.
