You need to enter some type of characters in the first column/row in order for the Update field to populate.. most times it's a SKU, but some flats may differ. Just enter some type of info in the required fields prior to that update column and it should produce the drop down.

Thank you for the video, could you please tell me if it is possible to add products from different categories using one file? For example, if I prepare a file that contains parameters from different categories.

I think it would be better if you familiarize yourself with the screens BEFORE doing a tutorial. Clicking all over the place in a fast manner is not at all helpful

So they just made it significantly worse and more confusing. its like amazon is actively trying to sabotage sellers i dont understand how the biggest company in the world can be so poorly run.

I've noticed that under external product ID there's an error for one of my child variations. Instead of showing the asin under 'ean' it shows upc and says the external product ID is too long.

All my other variations show asin under 'ean' and the asin under external product ID. I can't change anything on from images, title bullets etc until this is fixed. The ean us locked too so I can't edit it.

Any suggestions?
