How to add a TXT record for a domain

That video is awesome but however I can't find a way to verify from Google Sites that I own a Domain I bought from you guys, how can I get help?

it doesn't shows such options maybe namecheap have updated its layout

I'm trying to add a TXT record and the page you're showing in your video does not match what I see when I click on Advanced DNS. I changed from Namecheap Hosting to Basic DNS and still don't see what you're showing.

Hey! How long does it take until the TXT record is added? In the tutorial it says that it can take up to 30 minutes. I am already waiting for more than 10 hours and it is still not added. I checked with the mentioned Dig Tool but there is only the CNAME record shown that I added earlier. The TXT record is still missing.
