I've been getting consistently better than this with only scav rep 1.2... I don't think it makes much difference from what i can see anyway and i've done 15 or so cases. Moonshines are giving better than intel too. But then again I literally never play scav.

im about to be 11 and i cannot wait to get to 15 to get all the crap to finish the hideout to start getting skav cases. it was soo fun making sure to log on everyday and check what i got. it was like christmas morning in north korea where big daddy Kim would deliver all the good little skavs high power assault weapons and keys to random places weve never been too :)
