What u are saying is exatly correct. If minimum and maximum salary is taken,there won't be a y increase at all.But,in orop1 ,naik rank,13 to22 years service same pension.But in orop 2 it is different.Those who are lucky, they got something, that's all.

എങ്കിലും ഇക്കഴ്ഞ്ഞ മാർച്ച്മാസം 80 വയസ്സ് കഴിഞ്ഞ എനിക്ക് ഇതുവരെ ഒരു വർധനവും പെൻഷനിൽ കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. അതിന് 81 വയസ്സ് ആകുന്നതു വരെ കാത്തിരിക്കണോ എന്നും അറിയില്ല.
ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ താങ്കളുടെ വിലപ്പെട്ട ഉപദേശം അറിയിക്കാമോ

In my view your point is wrong. Min and maximum pay not taken to revise orop pension. They r taking min and maximum of person those who r retired on 31 Dec 2023. Pension is always calculated based on the total pay without any allowances, ie, total elements of pensioners last drawn pay. 50 percent of pay will be paid as pension wef 01 Apr 2006(6th CPC)
