I love what he said about having a long term view so much. Being in the market demands a lot of patience. Im not close to being a great investor, but having a long term view has definitely helped me profit significantly, more than 400% in the last five years.

As a long term investor, the key to winning is "diversification". You shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. An associate of mine lost almost half of his inheritance in the very recent Luna crypto saga. Personally, as one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the real estates market if I were solely banking on it.

As a female investor and an MBA - I hope more women and under-represented groups get to see this talk but also examples that show how "everybody else" has been successfully investing for years, and exactly HOW they can get there too. When I reached $1.5 million in dividend stock I discovered that you can actually create an annual salary without working. Let's start to share the details of how to invest with everyone. My $.02, which is now worth a buck.
