And get a natural foot shaped trainers, so you can avoid most of the injuries, it’s that simple
heal strikes for downhill, forefoot for uphill, mid foot for everything else.

ОтветитьI need to correct my strike, since I tend to mostly toe strike. It can give you the feeling of a quick and powerful acceleration, but it really tires out your muscles. I find myself hurting my shins too often with that technique.
