@warikoo sir, thanks for the video, I really appreciate the effort and the thought process behind this video. I just want to call out few things that will make the example scenario more realistic. Earning 1Lakh per month for a guy having age 23-25 is something that I feel is not that much realistic. Moreover the 1.5CR taken into account will depreciate over that time, I feel if that's taken into consideration then this video covers most of the bases. Again the idea behind this video is really something that guides my personal financial planning. Hopefully I can retire at the age of 50(Current age: 34). Will come back to this comment to see how farely I have done.

This really sounds good, but it's not prectical as we need to consider yearly inflation with this, and only very few earns more than 1lakh at tbe age of 22.
Its suggested if you are in your early age, we need to invest in highly risky assets.
If i make any excel sheet i would have considered all these prectical scenerios.

We can withdraw the 50% amount and let the 50% amount remain invested. This way the 50% amount will remain invested for much longer period and the power of compounding will be more. Please advise if this is right 🙂

inflation should also be considered cause 1 CR in 8 years will be much less in value. Average inflation, every year is 6% on average, so 12% return on index funds will be net 6%. To keep year return of 12%, one needs to get return of 18% to negate inflation.

please also include tax calculation deduction on the lumpsum amount which one's is getting at the end.
