I’ve been using this video to sleep for months and it’s been amazing. The past 2 nights I’ve had mid roll ads that woke me 6 hours in.

At maybe the 5 hr mark,it sounds like there's a layer of people talking. Can't hear what they're saying, like when there's folks talking in the hall outside your hotel room. It wakes me out of a sound sleep every time.

Cant even say thank you enough for this video! Ive listened to others but the ads always made me jump out of my sleep. I suffer with PTSD and trauma related anxiety. Noises outside the house distract & startle me. This helps to calm my mind and help me sleep quicker. Thank you 😊

Ok I’ve got 2 babies under 2.. this is what I’ve been using for a year. It does the trick! But It’s wierd bc I feel like I hear music or something… like it’s distant or us it just me 🤔🤨

Discovered this beautiful sound a few weeks after you uploaded. I was in hospital after giving birth due to some complications this was my saviour especially during reflux stage with the little one!
