ОтветитьHey Team Mary, love your relaxed vids. But but but.... this is not an inner thing work out (well some), it's at least as much an outer thigh and side glutes one- or would be if Mary's body and leg was properly aligned and foot facing more towards the floor. With the bend in her body and foot tilted upwards its not much of anything specific. I love Mary and her work outs but it is important to take care with how you describe the work out and perform them. Sorry to sound critical but it does matter. Mary is gorgeous and naturally so. Some of us have to work at it, and need it right 😊xx

ОтветитьI don't understand why the bended lift and hold on the one side wasn't added to the end before switching, especially since we were working on that side. Found that counterproductive IMO
ОтветитьSooo, ladies one important part of having sexy legs is also having nice calves, by nice I mean somewhat muscular...sexy legs are not simply down to nice thighs, it's about nice thighs being balanced with nice calves..ballet and or gymnastics are a good point of reference...throw in some calve raises and you're on your way!
