Peak Handheld Emulation! - Switch, PS3, 360, Wii U / AYANEO GEEK

To Deck owners: The title is in reference to waiting for this over the AYANEO 2 (this version was manufactured after that device and has had more delays). It has nothing to do with the Deck.

The version that I wanted for myself (Clear purple / 800p) has the potential to be canceled due to manufacturing issues. If that happens, this black one with the 800p screen option would be the next best choice.

This is great handheld and all but this company just bails on their own system to bring something new and not focus on what they have got currently, so not a very good company in terms of longevity

Wonder why you dont include the fan RPM (or noise level) when gaming? I think that is actually the most crucial point for me when choosing which of these machines to buy

What software is used to display such overlay as Taki used for charge levels monitoring at the bottom and for Power,CPU,GPU at the top of the screen. Would be very thankful for any advice.

I don't think I would buy a $1k device while thinking "this is perfect for emulation"

Before anyone starts crying about the price of the device and compare it to the Steam Deck: the steam deck is sold at the same price or higher in markets that are not supported by Valve. If you're from the US you're clearly not the target. This device is for us where the 64GB Steam Deck is about 700 USD. And I live right next to the US, so I can only imagine how worst it is in other places.

I know it might seem petty but the ips screen is a deal breaker for me when one of these handhelds come with an OLED/AMOLED or LTPO screen I'll consider it but at over a thousand dollars for the top spec I don't want to see TN/VA/IPS/Mini LED or any non emissive display technology period regardless of burn in risk.

2023 is the year for handhelds. It'll be pretty affordable in the next few years.

Ill wait for them to make a Aya Neo Air 2. I really love that design and size but I am hoping they can do something about putting rdna 2 in it but I understand that the size might not accomadate that.

I really want to know the diffrent bitween 800p and 1200 screen. If you get the 800p version, would you make an other video?
I think mabe in some situation the 800p screen maybe looks better.(the game run at 800p)
