Aren't updates suppose to improve the phone's performance. Mine just updated on its own after I tried all I could to deny the update and ruined it. The phone just isn't the same or operating correctly now. Numerous little issues I never had before and it's the second Samsung phone to go down on me after an update. Wtf!! Samsung !! You need to allow us to chose whether we want to update because your updates tend to ruin a perfectly working phone and I'd prefer not to update any Samsung ever again if I ever buy one again. Fuck!!
