ОтветитьYes. So it is possible to change your focus and stop negative and unproductive thoughts. As you mentioned at the end, we should focus on our breath, heartbeat, whatever.
Personally, I’ve found that focusing on my anahata (heart chakra) allows me to empty my mind and feel more love. This is subtracting, or at least stopping the addition and multiplication of, thoughts.❤
Now alot of negative thoughts r running in my mind feel like ending my life also donnno how to come out of it
