Just install Noctua D15S with my 13600k. Is it good for 47c in stock when just browsing?

Thank you! Please tell me! I choose AIO for 12600k in overclocking and then upgrade to 13700k. Deciding between LS720 and Arctic Freezer ii 420. My case is Lancool III. Is it worth di trying to install LFii420 or will LS720 be enough for me? For the price they are the same for me at the moment. I just want my system to work quietly and not make a hum! Can the LS720 handle this so that the fans don't run faster than 1300 RPM in games?

Why do not you put the temperatures after testing i5-13600k ?
Why did you hide the results of the coolers, except for only two?
Does your credibility depend on fear of intel?
Shame on you for hiding the results and making us guess .

I have never built a computer myself, but my current computer was built by a former friend while I was watching to learn a little about it, but in recent years I have tried to read up on computer building and if I remember correctly, I have been told that Noctua NF-D15 Chromax Black, Noctua NH-U12A Chromax Black and 240/280mm AiO should be sufficient as processor cooler for 13600K.

Do you recommend me to do the Arctic Freezer 51 mod to my Freezer 50?? I mean just 3 degrees cooler than stock freezer 50 isn't worth having to buy 2 p14 pwm fans for me but I want to read your suggestion.

I'm running 13600k paired with liquid freezer 240 on a msi z690-A pro mobo. Room temp is normally 25-27c. At stock, it went to 100c immediately in cinebench. I had to play around with undervolting before it's finally not throttling during a stress test.
This video is making me question if i was doing something wrong mounting my cooler or if my unit is simply faulty.

100C is actually just fine, Der8auer had long interview with Intel CPU engineer and he said basically running CPU cooler than 100C during 100% workload means you're just leaving performance on the table. Also, apparently modern CPUs have their temp sensors closer to the hotspot than older CPUs, hence why modern CPUs run seemingly hot even though well within spec. Same goes for AMD.

Great work. My personal experience with a system I built 13600K, RTX 3070, MSI 111R case. You have to do voltage and llc tuning. Without it I was hitting peaks of 280W in y-cruncher because the MB was pushing 1.37-1.4V (latest BIOS). I eventually got it to 220W running 1.25V with vdroop down to 1.21V at 5.2GHz P, 4.2GHz E. Temperatures were 88C with a Scythe Fuma 2. Case had 3 intake, 1 rear and 1 top exhaust. Memory was running DDR5-6200 C36 with tuned sub timings. I suggest running Furmark and Y-cruncher 2.5B at the same time to fully stability test a 12th/13th gen system. Anyway, the air coolers I recommend are the Deepcool AK620, Scythe Fuma 2 and Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE. D15 is too expensive compared to these.

Yay new video, and i can relate to it! Also congrats for new office, looks great. Anyway i own a 13600K and it's placed in an MSI Z790 MAG DDR5 [i upgraded from a i7 4790K] with a NOCTUA NH-D15S [but i got an extra fan for it, so it's basically an NH-D15]. Anyway so i've come to the conclusion that all Motherboard Manufactures cheat and push a lot of power through the CPU regardless of Intel MAX TDP Guidelines, they just want to do good in competitive CINEBENCH RUNNING. So when first building the PC, BIOS asked me: "Yo bro, what kind a cooler you have?" and i anwered "AIR TOWER". When i answered that, MSI thought it was fine to set the PL2 and PL1 TDP to 253 W on an I5. The next day, i decided to run CINEBENCH. And ran it did. I started the multicore stress test, while HWINFO was on. And a few seconds affter hwinfo was telling me the cpu is pulling 230+ W of power, my JAW dropped, while all my noctua case fans and my NH-D15 started ramping up, a few more RPMs a hurrican could form to keep this puppy cooled. In anycase, the max temp the i5 hit was 91 C but during the stress test NH-D15 kept it at 86-87. So i share my finding with my friends and we come to the conclusion that MSI is out of their minds, and it was suggested to me to turn off MULTI CORE ENHANCEMENT. Now on an MSI board there is no multi core enhancement. But i come back to bios and see the setting related to cooler and see 253 W in brackets. I go on intel's website and i see our i5 13600K has a max turbo tdb of 181 W. So i facepalmed. And switched the type of cooler i had from AIR TOWER to STOCK and motherboard set PL2 to 181W. I reran CINEBENCH and peak was 81 C, and it was kept at 76. So that ain't terrible. [also somewhere between i reseated the COOLER and repasted the CPU, i used a pentadot before, now i used a simple pea]. Now a few days ago i find out that MULTI CORE ENCHANCEMENT on MSI 's board is called TURBO ENCHANCED. So i go in MSI BIOS and set it to DISABLED and re run CINEBENCH. Now the CPU went to 79 peak and was kept at 68 or 69 (nice). At this point i'm thinking about undervolting, but not by much, idea is i keep all fans dependent of CPU temps, but all fans are at a max of 20% up until 50 C. The case fans are 6 NF-S12B intake and 2 NF-A14 and 1 CORSAIR out of the 2 FANS that came with the 5000D. Cool now that i got that out of the way i will continue to watch the video.

Edit: fixed last temperatures, based on screenshots from last test, meaning PL2 set to 181 and turbo enchand - disabled.
