Riquísima, sin duda, la probaré. La manzana en repostería o simplemente asada es exquisita, yo la incorporo al bizcocho que en mi tierra (Murcia, España) llamamos de huevo. Y esa batidora que ha utilizado es buenísima, yo tengo una similar, y simplemente para hacer tortillas los huevos ganan mucha esponjosidad. 🙏 por la receta, 🙂👌❤️

I'm from the USA. I baked this cake today. I added cranberries to half of the cake to see how that would taste. I also added lemon zest and lemon juice to the apples. It is really delicious.
