I am sorry i have lost my confidence totally on TCS . Out of many poor quality episodes , recently i booked my shipment from E-11 /3 islamabad office to Jaranwala Dist Faisalabad on 21 Feb,2019 but till date it has yet not reached the destination. On inquiry i am told that instead it has reached Jouhar abad Dist Khushab. My shipment tracking no is 2365220325. four days have passed and i am helpless. Can any one help me out because it carries official documents which requires timely action. Further delay shall cause me lot of problem.

your head office number is not obtainable . There is recorded message "sorry the requested could not be provided at this time " i am trying to trace a letter which was sent on 21st at a karachi address. complaint no 221069. your service has deteriorated.
