It only takes one to give the police department bad MOJO. The monority of cops is pretty good, in my opinion. Im 59, and I've had 2 run-ins with 2 state troopers, 1 in California and 1 in Colorado. Both of them told bald faced lies. The 1 in California said 8 ran a stop lite on Interstate I-80 heading east, and the 1 in Colorado said i was going 79 mph in a truck restriction of 45 mph. The funny thing about it was my semi truck was governed at 65. In both cases, I lost in front of a judge. Had the computer print for the 1 in Colorado that showed I was going 43, and the judge said that (I) had made the print out up, and there was no such a thing of being able to have a print of the trucks activity to be able to print out. And the one in California, I went back the day before court and took a video of the 20 miles before and up to the point where I was pulled over and the court to please show me were the red lite was at. The judge said the officer had no reason to lie, $1331 for running a lite that didn't exist. Oh, I forgot to mention that the lying cop sent me the ticket in the mail 10 days after the stop. Running a stop lite in a commercial vehicle is a major moving violation, and California sent Washington State a notice of suspension of my CDL for 60 days. Washington state requested proof of the stop lite location on I-80. When they refused to acknowledge the request, Washington state said they would not be suspending my CDL. Washington State advised me not to return to California until the suspension time was up in California. Needless to say, I've never set foot in California since. They can fall off into the Pacific for all i ca.

10. The "private contractor" cannot lawfully violate your right of use, right of way to the public roadways on fishing expeditions for purposes of DATA COLLECTION or REVENUE GENERATION.

11. The "private contractor" cannot lawfully operate under the guise of safety, assumptions or presumptions as a "preemptive strike" in statutory equity.

12. The "private contractor" cannot prove that you are in violation of an ORDINANCE.

13. The "private contractor" usually cannot prove or show that there is a corpus delicti, mens rea, actus reus or malum in se.

14. No proper or lawful venue or jurisdiction over anyone. The office of "policeman" is VACANT.

15. No authority and no constitutional authority granted to them by any of the fifty-state legislatures to stop, detain or "do anything to anyone".

22. No sworn statement which shows a pattern and practice of criminal activity by a man or woman prior to the detainment/arrest.

23. No valid, legitimate arrest warrants signed by a judge or magistrate of competent jurisdiction which bears the signature and seal of the Clerk as purported under Title 28 USC § 1691 “Seal and Tested of Process”.

24. Refusal to take you before an Article III de jure judge to establish proper venue and jurisdiction.

25. The "private contractor" has no lawful authority to commit LEGAL NAME fraud, identity theft or right to traffic in PERSONS for profit.

26. The "private contractor" is not an extension of a "judiciary" since they come of the EXECUTIVE branch of government therefore in violation of the Separation of Powers in government.
