BUlking is just another term for over eating and gaining fat.
Dont waste time with these "mini bulks" and cuts they are misleading.
Eat clean get the proper amount of rest and give it TIME the one thing many dont tell you on vids.
Can take years, sometimes many to get closer to your goals. If anyone could gain a bunch of muscle by eating a lot everyone would do it and be lean right?
Sumo wrestlers need bulk we dont.
Smart to say min 500 calories. 250 is too small a number to track accurately which actually seems to be all that is needed. So do you think that most people need to be in caloric surplus to add muscle? Mainganing not really effective?

I guess it helps people putting on more overall, yes, but I still think the ideal way is eating slightly over your caloric needs, and get plenty of protein. You will ad on muscle slow, but ideally no fat that you have to lose later, and you have muscle that stay.

ОтветитьI'm a 6'1 hard gainer and I didn't see any significant change to my body until a friend pointed out that my frame is starting to expand. So I'd say being consistent with your meals is key. And just have fun with the entire process. Solid Iron (or rather cast iron) is my best friend now.😂
