This is the first day have followed your excercises felt something vibrated in my body. Earlier doing all those unwanted excercises regularly now stopped it. Thanks and will observe for a month your excercises lets hope for the best.
ОтветитьAre “cycles”, sets or reps?
ОтветитьI have a spondola- not all are the same. I have a mildly curved spine. Also, my hips lock. Even while walking, “locking” pain prevents me from walking, i need to stop, swing my legs side to side, front to back, asian squat and pull my knees apart, lunge. This helps to alleviate the pain to continue walking
ОтветитьI believe there are at least a few different reasons for low back discomfort and pain. Is it possible to focus on specific stretches for specific reasons?
ОтветитьThis was simple and helpful. Made a difference on the first day. Thank you!
ОтветитьHlo I have lower back pain from last 2 years some times my back pain completely vanishes and sometimes it goes on peak . CAN you please tell me what to do ??
ОтветитьHey! Listen!
ОтветитьI hope these stretches help. I have had back pain for almost a decade now and have been doing back stretches/exercises for about two months now with minimal improvements. I have already tried many other approaches, and none have significantly worked. Here's to hoping these stretches work as I have not tried them before. I will come back in about a month to post my progress.
Ответитьthat no 2 excercise is godsent to
ОтветитьThe hardest stretch I have ever seen.
ОтветитьBeen doing this since 2020 if am not mistaken. Salamat! ❤
Ответитьbut for older patients knee to chest is good
ОтветитьI was experiencing significant discomfort in my back. Just as you said, stretches only provided temporary relief. I have had much better results from strengthening exercises and taking off a few pounds. I am going to add this one to my morning routine.
Ответитьso,... Yoga. 1000's of year old Yoga. Who'd have thought, huh!
Ответитьi'm 20 (i'm not fat)and i can not even tie my shoes can not sit walk run normally like most people after tired a lot of things , this is the only video that helps me , now I'm 100% normal , the exercise in this video seems does not makes sense at all but belive me it will help you like it helps me
ОтветитьIt really helped me❤❤
ОтветитьYou saved my life man. Thanks so much!❤️
ОтветитьI have permanent back issues as well. I bought a teeter inversion table and it helps me a lot. If you do inversion table therapy, make sure you flip back up to an upright position extremely slowly and leave your back completely loose until you are completely upright.
ОтветитьGreat advice.
(You can improve you enunciation and pronunciation ticks, to communicate more clearly)
Can these stretches be done if one has a herniated disc?
ОтветитьThe first one makes me feel gay asf
ОтветитьAwesome stretching
ОтветитьI'm 25 and have a herniated disc when I was 21 that has been slowly getting worse to the point where I can barely walk stand and lay down. I can't even sit down without feeling pain. So I'll practically try anything to soften the pain or at least alleviate
ОтветитьThis video was really helpful
ОтветитьJust hv LBP strike yesterday morning, uuuh worst, cannot stand at all.
Cure after massage but still limited movement. Cannot bend my back.
Find this video. Thanks. Now I understand, the exercises I know were for strengthening not for recovery.
Terrific and workable advice.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this, I just started doing 3 of these exercises today and there is a decrease in my sciatica pain.❤
ОтветитьThat Psoas stretch is amazing!!
ОтветитьThanks dude godbless always 🤘🥰
ОтветитьThis is nicely presented with, supposedly, some studies behind it, but these are all standard stretches from yoga.
Ответитьthis looks so simple and yet very helpful ❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis is how uncle drew strech his back.
ОтветитьI have done almost all of these stretches that you say to stop, for the last few years to keep me more limber, and they have worked GREAT for me.
ОтветитьMy physical therapist told me to do all the wrong stretches. Then proceed to blame me because my back still hurt.
🤡
thank you. i actually go for walks with arms above head. i feel traction in spine its great, but yup people look at me, oh well life is short, health is wealth
ОтветитьI've been doing all of the stretches on the avoid list.
ОтветитьWhy do I feel pain while doing hip airplanes?
ОтветитьDo you mean "times" by "cycles" when talking about the reps?
Ответить❤
ОтветитьExcept bending forward all are good
ОтветитьI have now permanent back issues and do a bunch of different exercises for a year now and my back is somewhat better. I have recently added exercise #2 to my routine (the other ones I had already in slightly modified versions). And I must say #2 makes all the difference! I have a tremendous improvement. Thank you!
Ответитьyour beautiful and clear- Subscribed!
ОтветитьFor the psoas, Instead of kneeling on the ground, put your forward foot up on something sturdy about knee height, go up on your toes of both feet to fire your stabilizer muscles, and stretch your psoas the way he is showing (just elevated and on toes)
ОтветитьIs it safe to do number 3 exercises for a Total Hip replacement patient?
ОтветитьWill a Psoas stretch make you more likely to experience an inguinal hernia?
ОтветитьThank you for this informative and helpful video!
ОтветитьEverybody talks about sitting, sitting, sitting. Im on my feet 8 hours a days. Sitting is not always the problem
ОтветитьWith the First Stretch. Is up and down one cycle or two? 😅
