I completed the maiden challenges and got the maiden figure instead have I missed something?

I got 32/33 cherubs. Can't seems to find 1, it is pissing me off

Does getting this ending will unlock the bad ending achievement too? Or do I need to do 2 runs?

The old sculpture guy died on me and the green girl who also helps you fight died on me at the last last fight with her , just because I didn’t bother to talk to her and just kept exploring before I entered the boss room 🤦🏻‍♂️

Who the hell could ever figure that out lol? Yes, there's a hint about the 4 envoys, but even if you figure that out, you still have to place them in the exact order, like it wasn't cryptic enough already...

I can't interact with the Altar, the prompt just doesn't show up. I tried leaving, even quitting the whole game, it's not working (Switch version).
