RTX 3080 + i5 11400F : Test in 10 Games at 4K - RTX 3080 Gaming

Mine is only adjusted to full hd. Why is the fps not as high as in the clip when yours is adjusted to 4k and still get more fps than my full hd?

How are you able to average 154 on 4k? I have the following setup and I average around 130 to 140 on rebirth and fortunes keep but on Caldera I'm around 110 to 120! Any suggestions on what I could do to get more FPS? I live in a small rural area and there are pretty much zero places that work on computers, especially optimization! We also have fiber internet around 700 to 1gb per second! I feel with my setup I should be getting way more.
