22 Minutes of Italian Listening Comprehension for Absolute Beginner

I have seen a lot of english people who said that video is hard for beginners, but if you speak spanish or french i think that is easier

I speak French Spanish and a fair bit of Portuguese and I’ve never studied Italian but I could understand the basic idea for most of the listening. Pretty frickin cool

Its all a bit fast really. It would be great not to have to keep stopping the video to read the both the english and the italian together. This is meant to be for absolute beginners isn't it?

Tip: turn on the automatic Italian captions. They're not perfect but they are mostly accurate. If you do this and slow down the audio it may be a better learning experience.

I am an A2 and got 18/20 correct. I did not understand every word but could pick out words and make sense of what is happening. I had to replay a couple of them too. I have been studying on my own for 4 months, so I would not recommend this LISTENING exercise for an ABSOLUTE beginner. You need to know verbs, adverbs, numbers, colors, and a good variety of nouns (for example, food, clothing).
