this is why this game turns me off.. having to repair y9r clothes and the rest of your gear? seriously? and then catching fish that puniashes you becuase of the small amoount of money they give you, and it gets worse the more of them you catch or higher lvl you get. you cant just fish for the sake of it if you want without losing money. ugh. yea. this blows.

I believe that the more damaged your gear is, the more each point of repair costs. So you might want to repair early and often.

my respond..keep the fish and release for better catch.. i have released fish that was cheap and then cant fill net.. using the same lure at st croix, no issues with lure but peak time n location. emerald lake.. no time for lure.. 2 rods out in the back.. non stop action literally all night.. extra days is a MUST.. No exceptions.. i camp 7 nights

Spending multiple days at a location does that reset your stringer or do u have to leave for that

the game should do a better job of explaining how day skipping works... and that the fish in your net are magically sold at the end of each day...

logically you'd think when you can't carry any more fish you'd have to go home with your fish. >.<

All great points, especially the extra days camping, that I can’t stress enough as being one of my biggest mistakes early on. If I could offer some advice too it would be to upgrade your keep net to the largest you possibly can, as soon as you can. Each upgrade will speed up your money making considerably as you can catch more fish and larger sizes in one location so you are spending a lot less on travel costs and can really maximise your potential earnings from 1 trip.

When you are a new starter puts people off.....trying to help people off the bat, and they're like.. nope.. this is a really cool game.. but I need to be level 40 and above to catch. I've noticed that just changing the color of the casting spoon can change the bite rate.

I wish the game helped you more, but I feel like it wants you to screw up so you need to pay money to fix your screw up. I just wanted to try a new lure and ended up buying a rod and reel that then wasn't quite what I needed for the lure so you need to keep buying to figure out the right combo, then once you get thst sorted I had no clue if I was fishing the lure the right way as I didn't catch anyhting or really know why or anything. I also got a tackle box thing at level 5 and have no clue hoe to even equip it to hold more stuff. Fun game, but P2P part of it is a kick in the nutz!
