The Japanese people make everything they do beautiful, whether it is art, music, or cooking. Just look at the cities even! I have always been drawn to anything Japanese.....ESPECIALLY the food. I think it is the attention to details that make it special!

my Caramel turned into crystal.. I added some water and re-heat. It never browned and turned crystal again.
it is NOT easy.

I think they should add salt in the caramel to balance the flavours otherwise it will be too sweet IMHO

random tips but I used to need this so.. uhh the caramel that's left in the side of the pan is super sticky right. and if you scrape that while washing the dishes (and if you're using non stick or any pan with coating) it can damage the pan, so just after you pour caramel into ramekin, put back the pan on top of the stove and fill with hot water (I used to boil for 5 more minute) stir while making sure all the caramel has been liquidize, throw the water then it's fairly easy to clean the pan, just scrub a little/lightly

I have not made this, but it is the most straightforward recipe and I know this is the real deal! I have not even finished watching the video, but I know it is good!🤗
