Fascinating interview and didn't want it to end . Thank you.
ОтветитьGreat interview!
ОтветитьWow, Karen Sharpe was a hottie in her day wasn't she!
ОтветитьI agree with her about Eric Fleming, there was something quite magnetic about him...Whew, yep
ОтветитьLoved Eric Fleming and Jock Mahoney!!
ОтветитьI absolutely hate high noon. I hope she does a good job
ОтветитьThat was the best story I’ve ever heard on this channel…
ОтветитьKaren must've worked non stop. Always enjoy her classic performances in TV and movies. Still so elegant in this interview. Very golden age. Those days long gone sadly.
ОтветитьI love seeing the people that made television entertaining in my childhood. We didn't have a television set until 1956 and I think I watched every western that was on the tube back then.
ОтветитьRAW HIDE RERUNS ARE GREAT ENTERTAINMENT FROM MY CHILD HOOD YEARS.
ОтветитьThe way she told that story about how she met Stanley Kramer, I would never have guessed she married him because at the beginning she said she couldn't remember his name!! What a technique to hook the listener!
ОтветитьHow is Karen doing? I remembered her in Gunsmoke and Rawhide. 👍
ОтветитьIt pains me to see Clint Eastwood dominating the covers of RAWHIDE,it was ERIC FLEMING who was the star and gave depth to the series..give credit where credit is due...FLEMINGS life was unbelievable and his death was horrible....i wish that he would get the recognition he rightly deserves.
ОтветитьSuch a wonderful interview, she has a wealth of information. Thank you for this wonderful download.
ОтветитьShe wanted the ramrod?
ОтветитьWas a beautiful young lady, those eyes!!
ОтветитьCome on...who remembers this lady?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed her stories
ОтветитьTHANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR MAGNIFICENT TALENT & YOUR LIFE WITH US. Very Grateful. Stay Safe
ОтветитьA good how-we-met story and well told. Remaking High Noon sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.
ОтветитьInteresting that Johnny Ringo portrayed the 9-shooter (+ shotgun) Le Mat as a 6-shooter (+ shotgun).
ОтветитьBTW, Eric Fleming died a horrible drowning death in September 1966. So miss Karen would not have known him for long, anyway.
ОтветитьWow, what an underrated beauty Karen Sharpe was. Back in the day, she would be considered not just a brunette babe, but one of those rare haunting brunettes. (Like Barbara Parkins, Julie Adams, Suzy Pleshette, etc.) Looking sharp is right - she was anything but dull.
ОтветитьShe had a VERY blessed life 😇 I wish I had half her luck !
ОтветитьCan't decide if I want to hire her or marry her. Delightful.
ОтветитьThis so funny 😂.
Clint was the handsome one but I had a huge secret crush on Eric Fleming. 🥰
I love the respect of a the great interviewer, never cuts the guest off and is himself a Gentleman. Respect Mr Rob.
Ответитьrob been killing it lately, yay!
ОтветитьFantastic! Really great interview, Rob. You know how to draw out the best stories with your background and experience. Enjoyed this serving of Hollywood folklore. So great to have access to these tidbits of silver screen and tv history from those who lived it. Thank you for bringing it to us.
ОтветитьShe was one of my first crushes. Ever so beautiful
ОтветитьWow. That was quite the interview. Educated on that one for sure
ОтветитьI think,Eric Flemming had more star power than Clint on Rawhide not taking anything away from Clint
ОтветитьThe gun was a LeMat
ОтветитьI loved story about Eric Fleming and Jerry Lewis! From Michigan USA 🇺🇸
ОтветитьReally great to watch!
ОтветитьWhat a cool lady... they don’t make woman like her anymore. A strong work ethic and a moral person in Hollywood imagine that.
ОтветитьYup, I'll agree that Eric Fleming is a better lookin feller than Clint Eastwood.
ОтветитьKaren Sharpe is a very lovely lady & classy to boot. Her mind is as sharp as a tac. Loved her telling it the way it was. God bless her!
Ответить“Sweet and Sour,” thanks!
ОтветитьWatched the Spelling Mansion go up while cruising down the 14th North at LACC. His landscaper used a couple of oak trees from Santa Barbara/Montecito.
ОтветитьA real lady.
ОтветитьIf Eric Fleming had not died I think he would been a bigger star then Clint Eastwood
ОтветитьWhat a lovely, lovely interview. Im catching up on all the good videos. I am behind because I had the covid19 and didn't want to do much. Again, thanks
Ответитьthe gun was a lemas
ОтветитьHow do you get a hold of these stars to interview them?
The background stories are amazing.
Couldn't remember if I commented but it broke my heart when Eric Fleming died. I was 8 years old and madly in love with Gil Favor.
ОтветитьThis was so entertaining! I had a mad crush on Eric Fleming when I was a kid . 50 yrs later I still have that crush! 😍 What a man!
ОтветитьVery good interview she is a sweety. Thanks
ОтветитьShe was always so beautiful. I don’t blame Stanley Kramer. Great show.
ОтветитьaWoW .. incredible woman.Great interview. Not sure how I missed this one.
