How to fix Nvidia Shadowplay not recording desktop/ingame audio (STILL WORKS IN 2024 :D)

I was getting frustrated modifying everything and still no sound recording only my voice. I was seconds away from uninstalling THX until I came across you video! This worked! Thank you

Anybody whos still having problems, I was too. I use a hyperx headset adapter with razer headphones and for some reason going into the properties of my headphones on control panel, going to spacial sound, then switching it from "Off" to "Windows Sonic for Headphones" It fixed it. Hope this helps!

anyone here followed these steps and after pc restart the no audio issue comes back again and have to reset the audio and reselect the normal razer audio in nvidia container?

If someone don't see the nvidia container on app volume preferences, just open a game, start a recording and it will appear immediately to change it, works on windows 11 too
