ОтветитьI have been slowly getting back into shape. Today I did this routine -- I needed to use some of the low impact moves as I have knee problems, but I often did something in between the low impact and the higher intensity. I am sweating. I am proud I made it through. I can't thank you enough for helping me to feel decades younger with your routines.
