Love your cardio videos! We need more! I am a PE teacher, fairly active all my life. But into adulthood I struggled to be able to stick to a routine until I found your videos! Your cardio keeps me interested and keeps me working. Thank you!

I have been struggling to get myself to the gym, and I just did this workout in my backyard and had an incredible time. I am such a music person and love jumping around dancing, so thank you for somehow creating a perfect workout for me.

I made it up until the last three moves and paused. Hoping to make it all the way through next time! Feeling the sweat and you speak at all the right moments to keep me moving through it. Best instructor on here with lots of positive self talk to keep you moving at the hardest points. Thank-you for keeping me motivated. Will be watching your content daily x

I have been slowly getting back into shape. Today I did this routine -- I needed to use some of the low impact moves as I have knee problems, but I often did something in between the low impact and the higher intensity. I am sweating. I am proud I made it through. I can't thank you enough for helping me to feel decades younger with your routines.

Thank you for low impact version! ❤ I can't do jumps because I have some problems with health and I'll be feeling super bad after jumps, but with low impact version I finally can do cardio workout!

I loved this! But I did have to stop for a water break, (and I workout 5 days a week), I would love to see a water break added into your more high intensity workouts, (with a motivational talk hahahaha I wanted to quit so bad! 😅)
