What an adventure your workouts have been. Always fantastic music and workout with variation. Your workouts make me feel more stronger and confident than I have ever been before.I appreciate the amount of time you spend making all these videos.once again thank you for turning my “cannot” into”can”.Training with you has benefited my perspective in other areas of my life and I feel more empowered at the age of 70 than ever before. Great upper body workout, I did the main part twice to extend the workout and finished off with the lovely stretch at the end, great job thank you!

My little group pronounced this great! Some of those moves were good for the brain, too. In fact one of them had me wondering how I was managing to do it. Stopped trying to analyze it…that was just messing me up. 😂

Hi Jules, First, the music on this video is SO good! My arms are always a challenge and I started with 3 lb. weights and had to switch to 1 lb. ones. The overhead ones are the hardest for me. Is there a way I can strengthen the shoulder and (?) muscles to make that area stronger? Thank you!

Jules...I will have to work on this one more and hopefully the other strength training I am doing will help with this also. All in all you do some great workouts for us and I have enjoy each and every one that i have done. My coordination is not as good as it used to be but I have going to not give up, I am determined to continue, what's that old saying....practice makes perfect (more like much better for me)...lol.....have a great afternoon....take care and God Bless.....Anne

I love your workouts because there is not constant chatting. But this one I felt the music / the tempo was way too fast to be holding weights. I slowed my weight reps way down, did my own thing and got a great workout.

Good workout. I used 3 and 5 lb. Weights . Didn't have 1 lbs. I did a 20 min cardio workout before. I,too, was happy to put down the Weights! More intermediate workouts , please.

What an incredible start to Monday morning and for the week ahead. Fantastic session ❤️ Your stretches at the end have completely spoiled me. I never thought stretching at the end of any workout was THAT important but OMG 😲what an absolute game changer. I wake up in the morning ready to go with no irritating pain anymore anywhere (especially in my knees) Your workouts me feel like just a better and calmer person when I step out into my day. No nagging pains from the session the day before 😊 Thank you immensely for your extremely effective ✅full and complete workouts❤️
