ОтветитьAlex Lorenz, hello brother. My name is Will De Leon. I've watched many of your videos throughout the years. Love 'em all. Thank you for the Integrity in your work and education. Question: Do you have a video or a mentioning somewhere regarding the huge incorrect trend of social media (namely instagram) pull ups form and r.o.m where they're doing them with chin under the bar and just the nose passing the bar for very high reps? I ask because from experience I know that doing those are way easier than getting the chin over the bar and since day 1 it's never been considered a complete pull up if the chin does not go over the bar. I think you will agree that it requires more force and energy to pull that extra 3.75 to 4 inches more to get the chin over and hence the reason why more people are being influenced by the wrong people to do them that way because it makes the exercise easier to perform and gives them that instant Ego boost to do more and to think that they can now do more and more pull ups than they think they really can. What do you have to say about that?

ОтветитьDemon back, nice
ОтветитьI used to be able to do 11 strict pull ups consistently, now i don't know if i could do one. Need to buy a pull up bar.
ОтветитьMark Wahlberg could learn a lot from this video.
Ответитьit is so easy for a person who has no or less than 5% of body fat to perform pull up. i have 30% of body fat and still make a couple pull ups. i'd love to see you do pull ups with additional 35 kgs on your shoulders.
