I heard that DJI is going to release a v2 O3 air unit with 10km range (2.4 and 5.8 Ghz)

oh very mixed results, at first bottom left was clearly better, then matched and then beaten by bottom left, and finally top right was best.... i assumed omnis up top and patch on bottom would be best all the way, but it looks like when the signal is weaker having the patch send or receive ,i'm not sure which, the patches did the harder work. great test, something to think about, when vista antenna is at a poor angle obviously the patch will do better in receive mode, but when vista antenna is in a good position, maybe its best to have patch in transmit mode.

Awesome. So the way that intuitively makes sense is correct. I didn't believe it when I was told to run the patches diagonally.

If you do more tests place one or two wps behind you to check omnis performance.

How did you power the Dji Air unit?

Air Unit Settings: 25mw, why?? set it to 700 or more?

I just noticed right before turning around the top right image.. patches on the RX ports has better Mbps for a little bit. wonder why

I set it up like the bottom left box... I'm getting about 1000 feet before losing video signal?!?! What am I doing wrong? It is a clear view to the quad on a clear day, antennas up, sitting facing the quad. :( Please advise if you have ideas. I'm very disappointed in my range yet I see yourself going so far... I have the DJI controller, DJI goggle V2 and the croc baby 4 LR caddx vista

so to check a newbies understanding, on the top of the goggles I need 2 omni antennas, one on each side, and then I should connect my crystal (patch) to the bottom connections, is that correct? I get pixilation after 100m already

iflight sucks, I tried them out for a couple months and there is 0 improvement.

Did you leave the settings in the goggles to auto so it’s still able to switch to the best signal or did you change it to manual 5.8ghz only?
