AHK | How to mass delete Discord Messages!

Just to make this comment for everyone, the indentation in the script is a MUST. Without it it will NOT work properly.

Make sure you copy from "; Main Script", all the way down.

As following the script for indentation is-

global Delay (no spaces before)

F11:: (no spaces before)
While GetKeyState("F11","P"){ (this line must have 4 spaces before it)
Send,{UP} {control down}a{control up} {Backspace} {Enter 2} (this line must have a TAB -button above capslock before it)
Sleep, DELAY (this must also have a TAB before it, -button above capslock).
} (this must be 4 spaces before)
return (once again 4 spaces before.

Did anyone ever figure how to get it to work pasted voice chats, works prefect in other situation , can't get it to work with this one where there is voice chats

Ok so it works, but not entirely.
Basically you have to scroll up to find messages, which Discord does not load all previous messages.
So sometimes the script won't find the last message and just delete an empty space over again.
It's useful for Private conversations nonetheless.
It does work in 04/05/2019.

you can only delete messages you sent even if you are a moderator

i reproduce your code with my hand its go faster to use deleate then backspace :)

when I put the ahk file on my desktop, it functions like a notepad document and I cannot run it...

When I click new it doesnt show up as an option

didn't work, I copy pasted and followed the steps but nothing happens when I hit F11 I tried pressing the up arrow and clicking different places. I ran as admin and all that changed was now it was spamming the empty chat bar :/ I don't fully understand the pinned message I tried to make it look like the video and just got an error.

Do I need to edit the copy pasted script? ok so I discovered that if I click edit message and then hit f11 it will delete it but only if I click edit on the message

It deletes some of them but then stops and only flash, then i have to write something on the msg and it start deletinging again but stops after some messages and starts flashing.

Could you give further instructions on the installation process? You just say to install it but when you download the zip and extract, there are multiple files and just opening the application file for my 64 bit doesn't work.

PSA: for everyone who "it just scrolls up" and "only deletes a few at a time"- this script works by essentially using "up key- edit your last comment" to navigate from one to another. However, if your last message isn't currently loaded in the displayed messages, that doesn't work.

To use this in a popular, crowded server you need to navigate to the last thing you said (search -> jump to) and then start it. Hold until it stops and then either scroll up (if it stopped because of a "load more messages" pop-up) or search and jump to again and repeat.

so it worked the first time i tried it in a chanel but then i accidentally went on a another chanel where i had not had any messages and then i went back to delete from the channel i was deleting from and it did the infinite message loop thing. how can i fix it?

bruh, your method its good, but how can i make the script to ignore ''started a call-notification''

It works, if you have the problem where it scrolls up or starts to type make sure the messages bar isnt selected. If you see the blinking line in the messages bar that means it's selected, click somewhere else on the discord app to deselect it. Then hold down f11 for a couple seconds and it'll start to delete your messages.

The script stops working if you come to a message that says you started a call. Would no longer delete messages for me once it hit that message and a call message isn't a message that can be deleted.
