How much more FPS do you get without recording

I have a gtx 1660 super and a i5 11400 and 8x2 gb of ram and yet im getting only 80-120 fps. do you know how to fix this?

How 1050ti has more fps than 1660 ti and with a lot of fps it drops more than 1050ti

Will there be a difference if I use 1660 Oc instead?
